training is based on the Six Essential
ElementsSM—strength, aerobics, stretching, nutrition,
meditation, and rest. We incorporate the most effective
techniques from around the world in our workouts, from Russian
ballet to Asian kickboxing to yoga to Ayurveda.

fitness program is customized. We match you with the
trainer best suited to your personality and goals. Plus,
we come to you wherever you want to train—in the gym, at your

Life
coaching at Complete Body® is a personal training service
