Our personal training is based on the Six Essential ElementsSM—strength, aerobics, stretching, nutrition, meditation, and rest.  We incorporate the most effective techniques from around the world in our workouts, from Russian ballet to Asian kickboxing to yoga to Ayurveda.

Our fitness program is customized.  We match you with the trainer best suited to your personality and goals.  Plus, we come to you wherever you want to train—in the gym, at your home, at work, or outdoors.

Life coaching at Complete Body® is a personal training service for the mind.  With the moral support and encouragement of a coach, you can finally be as successful as you’ve always wanted to be—and accomplish things you’ve only dreamed of before.
