But instead of coaching you only in a single sport, a life
coach can be an advisor for every aspect of your life.
Unlike psychotherapy, which dwells on one’s emotional past,
life coaches focus on the present and the future.
Your coach is your partner—someone who has already “been there,
done that” who can make it easier for you to live the life
you’ve always dreamed of. Coaches and clients have a close
relationship. Your coach believes in you, supports you
unconditionally, and recognizes that you are a unique and
intelligent human being.
Much like personal training does for your physique, coaching
gives your mind a special momentum that puts you more
in tune with yourself and your goals. Coaching is a natural

You already know where you stand on the path of life; we’ll
help you reach your desired destination. Coaching
sessions generally run from a half-hour to an hour once a
week or every two weeks. Locations are flexible, since
coaching can be conducted either in person, over the telephone,
