Why do I need a designer?

The well-designed space often looks simple, yet there are complex underlying connections between function and spaces that are not easily perceived. From making architectural changes to the procurement of painters, colors, furniture, fabrics, we coordinate your entire environment while maintaining the integrity of a unifying concept.

What is your style?

As every client and space is different so is every project. We are well versed in a variety of styles from traditional to modern and can develop a look that is customized to suit the project and client's taste while achieving a balanced environment.

How does a project get started?

We begin with a complete assessment of your lifestyle and project requirements as well as a complete survey of the existing space. After we learn more about your desires and expectations we supply a proposal that includes a business plan and a design proposal. After approving the final scope of the project we then supply final design plans and manage the entire procurement and building process to completion

What are your fees?

Our fees for both consulting and design vary depending on the size and type of project. We can consult on any project with fees of approximately $150 per hour or 15%-20% of the total cost of the project.
