- Excel Trainers: 3100 RUB.
- Pro Trainers*: 4400 RUB.
*Specific sessions: yoga, pilates, aqua-fitness, as well as pre- and post-natal programs.
We offer the following discounts when buying a pre-paid package:
- 10 sessions - 5% off (the offer is valid for 3 months)
- 50 sessions – 15% off (the offer is valid for 6 months)
- 100 sessions – 20% off (this offer is valid for the period of 12 months)
We offer our services in the personal training studio of The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow Hotel. A personal training sessions can also take place in the comfort of your hotel room, in this case a 1300 RUB surcharge applies.
Personal training sessions at home, office or your gym:

Extra charge of 2000 RUB. for sessions taking place outside of MCAR
