A focused, yet open mind allows Adam to empower his client's
to reach their fitness potential. All populations can be confident that
they will either be acquainted or re-acquainted with their bodies. Diverse
modes of training including body weight, stability and medicine ball work,
and challenging dumbbell routines keep clients interested and engaged.
Adam 's background includes team athletics and Chinese medicine. A semi-pro
football career emphasized the importance of maintaining a sound body.
Successfully completing a masters degree in acupuncture has given Adam
another way to look at the human body with regard to health, fitness and
movement. Adam truly believes in the dynamics of yin and yang that incorporates
balance and harmony in his approach towards his client's goals.
Interacting with the myriad personalities of teammates, clients and patients
has put Adam in a great position to effectively work with anyone who is
ready and willing to make a lasting change in his/her life. Adam is A.C.E.
certified and a licensed Acupuncturist.
