Chaz has over 10 years of experience in the health and
fitness industry. He is certified through American Council on Exercise. He
attended Arizona State University. His studies included health related courses
in anatomy, physiology, physical education, philosophy and nutrition. He
presents workshops and lectures around the world on topics relating to health
and fitness. He’s worked with several world class athletes to help improve
their athletic performance. Chaz is a tri-cord expert that leads an
invigorating workout in his video Tri-Cord Total Body Workout.
Hello, my name is Chaz Shand. Being healthy and staying
physically fit has been my lifestyle since 1980. I first started training
clients in 1988, where I attended Arizona State University. I took numerous
health related courses which included anatomy, physiology, physical education,
philosophy and nutrition. I have discovered the amazing power one can attain
through their body. To take care of ones self is the greatest gift one can
give. To me, living a healthy lifestyle shows such respect to God and to life
itself. Being fit and well allows us more freedom within our bodies. If done
correctly and lovingly, we can strengthen our bodies our minds and our spirit.
We can connect them all. That is what being a human being is about. So much of
our dis-ease today can be avoided and even reversed if we take into account how
we eat, exercise, rest and stress relieve ourselves.
I strive for a life of anti-aging, wellness, good
nutrition, flexibility and fitness. The fountain of youth is in us all, we just
need to be reminded on how to attain a healthy happy body, mind and spirit.
You cannot just focus on just one part-all three have to
be addressed (mind, body, spirit). I believe we all can live a healthy fit
lifestyle and I look forward to sharing the gifts I have as we cross paths on
