Chris studied Psychology and History
at Wesleyan University and The City College of New York. He
worked as The Children’s Programs Director at New York
Cares, as a liaison for the Department of Cultural Affairs
and most recently A Mental Health Counselor at The Door. All
related to solving the concerns of adolescents in the greater
New York area. Personal Training provided him the opportunity
to be exposed to a wide range of people with what seemed to
be an inexhaustible supply of information about the body,
movement and our relationship to this planet. He is committed
to learn everything there was to learn about fitness and his
clients. He is a certified personal trainer by the National
Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a Medical Exercise
Specialist (M.E.S.) and a great basketball player
“It is possible to rediscover you’re
self for the first time. It is possible to eat an incredible
meal that isn't processed preserved or pasteurized. It is
possible to heal the mind, body and spirit. If you think it
is possible.”
