Esther received a Bachelor of Science in
Nutrition from Simmons College in Boston and is a graduate
of New York University, where she received her Master of Science
in Clinical Nutrition. She is also a graduate of the Designs
For Health Institute, where she received her certification
in holistic nutrition. Esther is credentialed as a registered
dietitian, a certified dietitian-nutritionist and a certified
nutrition specialist.
Esther has been a guest on the WB11 morning
news, WOR-AM's (New York) program "Health Talk",
Bloomberg Radio and eYada.com web radio. She has served as
a nutrition spokesperson for consumer magazines, including
Bazaar, Men's Health, Self, Health, and WeightWatchers.com
. Esther has also authored articles for Weight Watchers and
Dance Spirit Magazine. She lectures widely on nutrition to
physician and patient groups and has lectured at the NYU Bioethics
Forum, the JCC, the 92nd Street Y, Beth Israel Medical Center,
the Yale Club, Health South Physical Therapy, and to her running
team, The Reservoir Dogs.
