Eva’s philosophy first and foremost is fitness must be fun.
She brings an element of enjoyment to all fitness settings whether it be
personal or in a classroom. Eva feels if a person does not enjoy exercising,
then keeping a fitness lifestyle will become like work and joyless. She promotes
the holistic approach to fitness with all her clients. Eva feels that wellness
is not just body, but mind and spirit as well. With her clients, she uses the
“We” approach to discuss and implement plans together to reach goals that are
mutually agreed upon and realistic. She is supportive, understanding and
intuitive. Eva encourages clients to push past their perceived limits safely, so
that a sense of accomplishment is what they walk away with. Above all, Eva’s
time with her clients has an element of lightness and fun.
