and West Coast. His Extensive studies in nutrition and bio-chemical metabolism have made personal diet and weight loss consultations with him one
of the most effective in the industry.

His philosophy that exercise should be fun and enjoyable is the hallmark he uses to develop successful workout routines for all his clients.
By helping his clients stay motivated and enthusiastic about living a healthier lifestyle
he has enjoyed seeing many quickly reach their personal fitness goals. He believes that loosing weight, looking better and having higher energy levels are natural and easy to obtain when following a convenient and pleasurable
