When you visit with Esther, you will
learn to develop a greater relationship and understanding with your
own body. Our clients at Complete Body often face the challenges
of balancing work with healthful eating. Hectic schedules and limited
time for soulful nourishment cause us to lose touch with ourselves,
often depleting our physical and emotional reserves. At Complete
Body, you will gain knowledge of your hunger and fullness cues and
the emotional aspects of eating behaviors. You will also receive
personally tailored nutritional meal plans for you to follow to
help you achieve your life and wellness goals.
SUPPORT:
Esther will also help connect you with valuable resources to meet
your needs. You will receive references for nutrition books, cooking
courses, Web sites, cookbooks, scientific articles, and any other
information you need that is relevant. Referrals for wellness coaches,
cranio-sacral therapists, acupuncturists, and other medical professionals
are available as well. Healing the body can often be best supported
through the use of other therapeutic modalities.
EDUCATION:
A nutritionist is your instrumental tool for learning about eating
well. When you regularly visit with Esther, you will understand
how to make the appropriate food choices in any situation. You will
also learn how to read labels and choose whole foods- the most nutritious
