Roxy teaches basic Hatha yoga(postures, breathwork & mediation) as well as Vinyasa yoga (a flowing dynamic style with special attention to breath, alignment and meditation). For Roxy not only does Yoga provide a healthy body and healthy mind, but practicing the postures and routines allows her to feel the joy of being a child once again.
