Stanley has been a certified personal trainer
for over seven years. He’s currently certified by the
National Academy of Sports medicine and is a physical therapy
student. Stanley has a strong sports and fitness background
including basketball, soccer, running and weight training.
He’s an upbeat, energetic and open minded person who
is always willing to face new challenges and enjoys discovering
new fitness concepts. Stanley has also done numerous presentations
on flexibility, circuit training and stabilization training
throughout the east coast.
