1. Fill out our questionnaire and submit it.

2. A Fitness Advisor from our office will contact you to schedule a Fitness Evaluation. This includes reviewing your questionnaire, taking measurements, testing your strength, flexibility, endurance, heart rate and discussing your long- and short- term goals.

3. You will be matched with the right trainer. Your customized Complete Body program is developed and you’re on your way.

4. To track your progress we re-evaluate your fitness level every few months.
