Christina is a native New Yorker, born in Queens, Christina spent years studying classical ballet, lyrical, and modern dance. She had long been interested in living a healthy lifestyle and learning about the body. Influenced by her teachers, peers, and most importantly, friends and family, she was drawn to yoga for its many healing benefits.

Tina Joy is an E-RYT [500+ hrs] Certified Yoga Instructor, specializing in Vinyasa, Pranayama, & Restorative techniques. She is also a Certified Pilates Instructor, Stretch Specialist, Wellness Coach, and Certified Nutritionist through Cornell University.

Her purpose is to help others find strength and peace through exercise.
