BOXING

Complete Boxing combines basic boxing and kickboxing fundamentals, plyometrics and high-intensity interval training(HIIT) to boost your heart rate and burn calories. Boxing sessions are open to all fitness levels. Together with our World Class  Kickboxing instructors, you will learn to encompass the technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises. You will also be taught the correct form to throw jabs, hooks and uppercuts while working out at an intense pace.
