Our classes start off with a soft breathing practice or centering meditation, and explore various styles of gentle yoga, including comfortable Hatha stretches, easy flows, therapeutic and restorative postures.

Vinyasa Flow

Yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind.

Yin / Restorative

This yoga-type practice focuses on deep relaxation through floor-based poses. You will use props to support the postures, and all poses will be very mild in their intensity. In Restorative yoga, props will help create a completely effortless experience of a long-held posture. With this level of support, students can slow down and let go of long-held tension. It’s also wonderful anytime you feel the need to just step back and relax from your day-to-day tension.
