Jeanne is one of Complete Body’s first and long-time group fitness instructors and personal trainers from its original location at 10 Hanover. She is a certified yoga instructor, Level 1 and 2 certified Crossfit Trainer, licensed teacher, and certified health education specialist. Her areas of expertise include strength and conditioning, mobility and core, and sports performance. She has professional experience in health research, team building, corporate training, and learning development, and has competed in powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, long-distance canoe paddling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She loves challenging clients and groups with thoughtfully structured movements that focus on intelligent alignment and innovative sequences. Her workouts are known for being fun, challenging, and varied – she is excited to teach you to learn to do something you’ve never done before!
