BOXING

Complete Boxing combines basic boxing fundamentals, plyometrics and high intensity interval training to boost your heart rate and burn calories. Boxing sessions are open to all fitness levels. Together with our boxing instructor, Thomas Canestraro, World Kickboxing Champion, you will learn to encompass the technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises. You will also be taught correct form throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts, while working out at an intense pace.

PRO TRAINING
