After 9 years of working out, I realized one thing, if I want to get serious results I need to do some serious training. I needed a trainer to properly push me more than I could by myself. And guess what? I was right. After 6 months of training with a personal trainer I saw more results and an increase in strength. This is when I decided to become a personal trainer.
