As a former MLB Strength and Conditioning coach, Johnny leaves no room for error with his clients’ success. He has spent his career programming clients to get results with injury prevention and performance in mind. Due to the nature of the game, he also specializes in post-rehab programming, ensuring his clients make a flawless recovery after injury. He is an avid believer in the phrase “practice what you preach” as he applies these techniques to his own regimen preparing for Olympic Lifting meets, inspiring his clients to dream big with their fitness goals. ng and coaching careers.
