I joined Complete Body back in August and I really love this gym! I've gone during lunch and after work and the gym is never crowded. The classes are great and you can't beat having feels and toiletries on a nice clean locker room!

Physical training at Complete Body is awesome too. I took 8 training sessions with Rey - who is an awesome trainer! After 5 weeks I am down almost 20lbs thanks to his guidance and support (and eating better. Lol). He was great at recommending meal ideas as well as making sure I had the proper form during the exercises. He's also very supportive and motivating - which I really appreciate because he helped me stay on track and committed to improving my health.

Overall I would definitely recommend this gym and I would recommend Rey as a trainer. The staff at Complete Body are very welcoming plus the gym is great for newbies and veteran exercisers alike.

I was first drawn to Complete Body due to the extremely convenient location, but the amazing facility and exceptional trainers and staff have kept me coming back! The gym is spacious, and there are ample weight and cardio machines so it never feels overcrowded.

You get a free training session when you join. I was really impressed with the workout, so I bought a package. I highly recommend Tommy, he taught me a lot and pushed me really hard. They also offer a variety of classes, I'm looking forwarding to the new outdoor bootcamp that they just started.

Over the years I have been a member of NYSC, Equinox and Asphalt Green. I have had the most enjoyable time by far as a member at Complete Body. As an added bonus, they have a juice bar that is just as good as Liquiteria. Thanks Complete Body!
