CompleteBody Xross Training [CBXT] is a complete body weekly training class program. These unique classes are designed to improve strength, caloric expenditure, fat burn, and tone.

Features

Strength Training will target large muscle groups like Back, Legs, and Chest to burn a higher volume of calories. The Classes also focuses on other body parts like the arms, glutes, and abs for sculpting.

Cardio Training will focus on high heart rate low intensity to continue the caloric burn as well as recovery from the strength training.

Core Training will concentrate on intense core engaging exercises to slim the waistline and maintain the weekly caloric expenditure.
