HIIT Signature Training
CompleteBody offers CompleteBody Xross Training, also known as CBXT, which is a program that incorporates a body transforming group of HIIT functional movements utilizing different equipment. This unique class burns 1,000 calories. Our signature HIIT class includes cardio, strength training, yoga, and meditation. Work your way through the studio performing each move for 45 seconds, then move on to the next move. Perform functional movements utilizing row machines, kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, dumbbells, resistance bands and more.
We also include Heart Rate monitors that track your calories and effort levels during your workout.
