Our signature total body workout combines cardio and functional strength training to give you a complete mind-body experience like no other. We’ve put together a workout that will burn fat, build strength and improve flexibility.

Class participants have full access to the gym facility including sauna / steam / showers.

Cross Training classes utilize the MYZONE heart rate system, which uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than just fitness. Visit MYZONE.org for more information.
We encourage MYZONE during Cross Training classes and daily workouts.

Classes are open to members and non-members at 10 Hanover Square. Schedule a class in advance through the Book a Class link below.
