Yoga Fundamentals. Using elements and postures of Yoga combined with bodyweight training, the goal of this class is to build overall strength, balance, and flexibility. You will leave feeling refreshed and restored, ready to handle the stresses of urban living.
Vinyasa Yoga. During the class you will start with sequences of traditional Sun Salutations, and with the flow will continue the journey to standing postures, using the fusion of breath and movement. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health. Open for all levels.
Ashtanga Yoga. A vigorous, dynamic flowing vinyasa, which connects one posture to another through the breath. The foundation of this movement is the sun salutation.
