Kent has a master’s degree in nutrition, is a Registered Dietitian, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with experience as a personal trainer as well. He understands how critical nutrition is to fitness and health as well as its importance in supporting training programs. He’s always had a passion for both exercise and nutrition but loves food, so he recognizes the need for balance and sustainability for long-term goals. Kent believes in an individualized and client-centered approach; every person is unique and needs a customized support plan.
