Rock climbing is a full body workout that exercises both your mind and your muscles.  It combines mobility, strength and strategy to get from the bottom to the top with ease.  Our 30ft wall has a natural rock-like texture, with canopies and corners so you have the out door climbing Rock Climbing is a full-body training class that combines strength, mobility, balance, and problem-solving. You use both physical control and mental focus to move efficiently from the ground to the top.

Classes take place on a 30-foot indoor climbing wall designed with natural rock texture, corners, and overhangs to replicate an outdoor climbing feel. Routes are reset regularly to challenge beginners, intermediate, and advanced climbers.

The class is open to all levels of climbers, so whether its your first time or you have been climbing for a while you will have the guidance you need to succeed.  It includes instruction on climbing technique for top rope, scaling and bouldering on our current routes, with climbing and belaying protocol review with our certified bely instructor.  We provide the equipment and keep the classes small, so each attendee gets the attention they need to advance!
