Our 19th St Chelsea location is truly the last authentic bodybuilding gym you’ll find in Manhattan. It has the raw, old-school look and feel you would expect to find in an 80’s garage gym.  It is filled with traditional and retro style equipment you won’t find anywhere else in the city, which we worked tirelessly to keep in good shape.  That being said, it also has a long history of being a safe haven for independent personal training.  It has stood the test of time in a city full of boutique and chain gyms, that lack equipment or space for solo fitness entrepreneurs to thrive.  Regardless if you are there with your trainer or working out on your own, a post-workout diet is a staple in getting the result you are working for, and our juice bar raises the bar when it comes to something that meets your macros and tastes delicious.
