

Jenna is a certified personal trainer with four years of training experience and a professional dancer with over 21 years of dance experience. Having overcome numerous injuries throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of rehabilitation, mobility, and movement mechanics. Jenna is passionate about helping clients break free from physical limitations, believing that growth begins when barriers are removed.
In addition to personal training, Jenna is a group fitness instructor who thrives on the sense of community that fitness creates. She is dedicated to empowering men and women of all ages and fitness levels to move better, feel stronger, and continuously work toward becoming the best version of themselves.
