Start with a strong foundation.  Pro trainers create programs with the individual in mind.  They are trained to look at each client’s fitness needs and goals to get results in the most efficient way possible.  Every workout is designed with purpose and executed with precision.

ELITE TRAINING PACKAGE

Level up your workouts.  Elite trainers are some of the industry’s best fitness professionals. They have made fitness their career and have committed to broadening their fitness knowledge. Each with an ongoing education, they are ready to work with more advanced clients.

MASTER TRAINING PACKAGE

Get in the best shape of your life.  Master trainers have proven to be prodigies in the industry.  They have the experience and education qualifications to cater to specialized groups of clientele.  Training with them is working with the most sophisticated trainers on staff.

What makes your personal training different?

Every program is fully customized to your goals, body type, and schedule never generic workouts. We use InBody scans to track measurable progress and adjust your plan as you improve. With over 22 years of experience, we’ve helped every body type see real, lasting results.

What fitness level do I need to be to start?

You don’t need any experience. Our systematic training method adapts to every fitness level and body type. We begin with an assessment, set realistic goals, and progress safely at a pace your body can handle.

How often should I train each week?

Most clients train 2 to 3 times per week for the best results. You can start with one session to build momentum, but real progress happens when you stay consistent, at least twice a week.

Can I choose my trainer?

Yes. We’ll match you with a trainer who fits your goals and personality whether it’s strength, weight loss, rehab, or performance. The benefit of having a full team is flexibility you can always switch if needed. After 22 years in the business we usually get the match right from the start.

What happens in the first session?

Your first session starts with a fitness assessment and a body composition scan using our InBody machine. We’ll review your goals, discuss your training plan, and finish with a short workout to evaluate your movement and form.

Do you offer nutrition guidance?

Yes. Selected trainers provide nutrition coaching to support your training, recovery, and long-term results.

What’s the cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible rescheduling policy sessions can be moved or canceled with 24 hours notice.

Are packages or memberships available?

Yes. We offer single sessions, 8-session packs, and 24-session packs giving you options beyond just monthly plans.

Can I train at different locations?

Yes. Your personal training package gives you access to all CompleteBody locations, including:
